Everything you need to get Aceone ERP running
The installer, the database engine and the official guides — in the order you should install them. Licensed customers only; your key was issued with your order.
Install in this order
Skipping ahead is the single most common cause of a failed installation. Four steps, roughly forty minutes on a normal machine.
- 1
Install SQL Server first
Install the database engine on the machine that will act as your server, and note the instance name and the 'sa' password you set. The ERP will not install without it.
- 2
Run the Aceone ERP setup
Run the installer as Administrator on the same server machine. It creates the Aceone database and the shared folder your client PCs connect to.
- 3
Connect and activate
Open Aceone ERP, point it at the SQL Server instance from step 1, and enter the licence key we issued with your order. Your firm, GSTIN and financial year are set up here.
- 4
Add your client PCs
Install the ERP on each billing counter and point it at the same server. Our team does this with you on the onboarding call — you do not have to do it alone.
Take a backup before upgrading. If you are updating an existing installation rather than setting up a new one, back up your Aceone database first — the setup guide shows exactly how. Our support team will do it with you if you prefer.

Your installer, database and guides are sent directly by our team with your licence. Call us or drop a message and we will share the current build for your version straight away.
Aceone ERP software
The ERP installer itself. Run this after SQL Server is in place.
Database engine
Microsoft SQL Server — the database Aceone ERP stores your books in.
Setup & support guides
Step-by-step installation instructions and the day-to-day support handbook.
Aceone ERP is licensed software for Aceone customers. Microsoft SQL Server is a Microsoft product, downloaded from Microsoft under their own licence terms — we link you to the official source rather than redistributing it.
System requirements
Aceone ERP runs on your own premises, over your local network. One machine acts as the server and holds the database; the billing counters connect to it. Nothing leaves your office.
